MIDWESTGEO SUPER SOIL KITs will be discontinued when the batch of 50 calibrated soil samples are sold. Pre-orders will be accepted until the item is sold out. Delivery of all kits are scheduled for September 24, 2014.

Terms and Conditions related to this item:
1. All kits and add-ons are scheduled for release and shipment on or about September 24, 2014.
2. Orders are on a first come, first served basis. Purchase Orders are acceptable, but payment must be received before the item is released to the buyer. If PO payment is not received before September 24, 2014, the purchase order may be forfeited and item may not be available.
3. Orders must be placed online. Phone orders not accepted.
4. International buyers are responsible for any customs declarations and related international shipping fees. Midwest GeoSciences Group cannot guarantee final schedule or delivery past arrival at destination of customs inspection point.
5. All 12 USDA textural classification classes are guaranteed to be included in the item. Midwest GeoSciences Group reserves the right to change soil specimens that classify differently according to the USCS classification listed online.
6. Orders may be cancelled, but orders purchased with a credit card are subject to a 5 percent fee.
7. Midwest GeoSciences Group warranties condition of item at time of shipment. If buyer receives items in damaged condition due to shipping, MidwestGeo will replace either specimens or entire item. Buyer must contact MidwestGeo within 2 days of delivery confirmation to claim damaged items. Midwestgeo reserves the right to warranty specimens or entire item.
8. Do not put soil samples in your mouth.
9. This item is heavy. The MIDWESTGEO SUPER SOIL KIT weighs nearly 20 pounds (9 kg). Optional Super Size Kits Add-On weights approximately 14 pounds (6.3 kg). Collectively, this is 34 pounds of calibrated soil!
