Unopened and unused merchandise may be returned within 10 days for a full refund.
Live Webinars:
No refunds for No-Shows. However a 50% discount for No-Shows may be applied to a future web-seminar scheduled within a year from the webinar date.
On-Demand Webinars:
Once an on-demand webinar has been accessed and viewed, no returns are allowed.
Courses:
No refunds for No-Shows. Cancellations within two weeks of the course will be charged $500.
