| 9:00AM | START EDUCATIONAL EVENT #1:

| 11:00AM | Panelists and Afternoon Participants arrive and set up for main event. |
| 12:00N | START EDUCATIONAL EVENT #2:
The Geology of Rock-n-Roll (3 to 5 Panelists, TBD) |
| 2:00PM | END EDUCATIONAL EVENT #2:

| 2:15PM | Motorcoach Buses depart for Bethel Woods Art Center. |
| 3:00PM | Access Woodstock Museum and Wander over to the Message Tree at the bottom of the hill for rock placement ceremony. |
| 5:30PM | Woodstock Museum Closes / Load Buses and return to Equilibrium Brewery. |
| 6:15PM | Geology of Rock-n-Roll event is officially complete; everyone is invited to stay at Equilibrium to drink Hazy IPAs, listen to live music, and continue some Geology of Rock-n-Roll toasts. |

- All Day Education and Event Registration (9:00AM to 6:15PM), $199.00.
- "Morning Only" Education and Event Registration (9:00AM to 12:00N), $199.00
- "Afternoon Only" Education and Event Registration (12:00N to 2:00PM), $199.00
Woodstock Experience from 2:15PM to 6:15PM is included for all registered on-site participants.
Woodstock Experience:
Woodstock Experience includes motorcoach bus ride from Equilibrium Brewery to and from Woodstock Festival Site, pre-paid access to the Woodstock Museum at the Bethel Woods Center for the Arts, a wander around the famous grassy field, and a group tribute at the celebrated Message Tree.

| 3:00PM to 4:45PM | Access the Woodstock Museum, Woodstock Store, and wander the sacred grassy field. |
| 4:45PM | Ceremonial Tribute at The Message Tree area. |
| 5:30PM | Load buses to depart The Message Tree area / Woodstock Festival Site. |
| 6:15PM | Bus arrives back at Equilibrium Brewery. |
